I really wish this was, like, a gel for running or something because the flavor is really tasty. Not too sweet, but flavorful enough to make sure you use it. It's a nice orange flavor that doesn't taste medicinal. I applied to the front and back of my teeth only and it lasted half the night. Quickly applied more and it lasted the rest of the night.
